Advantage Card VS Scrip cards

20 years 2 months ago #87967 by Serendipity
Hi!
The Advantage card is a visa bank card. You load money on to it and your school gets 3% of all load amounts on to the cards. So we thought that it may be better (easier) then Scrip becuase you can use it anywhere Visa cards are accepted. As opposed to getting scrips for specific stores. While some scrips returns may be higher, we were thinking that this is more conveinient for people as they can use it anywhere. Just load and go anywhere you want with it. It has a minimum load of $25 and a max load of $750.00 a day.

I was just curious to find out if anyone else had used them. If you are interested you can find out more at

What is the Advantage Card?

Hi All

We were looking into instituting Scrip cards at our school this next coming year. Then we found out about the Advantage Card.

Right now the Advantage Card is looking like the way to go since you can use it anywhere visa cards are accepted.

But, we would like some input. Does anyone have any opinions on which is the better way to go and why? Thanks!
