The FCC (federal communications commission) is another entity you could address.

Here is the email he sent:

... we feel that the industry has some risk when it continues to operate the way it has for many years now; we have looked at scrip companies that had been involved in the industry and to no fault of their own have failed; the reason been is that their funding can be pulled at any point leaving those companies who paid their orders ahead of time in limbo when it comes to getting their money back, that’s why Perkwerks is implementing a new procedure. By us only billing you on items that are invoiced you are guaranteed that you wont pay for anything unless is been shipped to you, it means we won’t clear your payments through our bank or even charge you for items we don’t have, in hopes that the back order is filled. I know that you have a current scrip provider and that you may be satisfy with their service; but what would happen if this same situation applied to them; when ever they have a back order they send it to you on your next order, is that correct? There fore you run the risk of issues arising if the commitment is not met, why take the risk. We want to tailor the program to your ordering needs, if you give me the numbers and vendors you buy, we can set up to buy the items you need so that we have them on hand for you. You will receive free shipment on all orders over $6,000 and always next day delivery. Please feel free to let me know if there is anything else I may do for you, your success is our interest. We are in the business of making your charities the most profitable and risk free programs in the market place. Again thanks for your time and input.
