No, I don't have any fish yet. The salmon would come in November. But I suppose they have to do it with different varieties of fish all the time through the spring and summer. I'll ask next time.

HELLO IT"S LENT!!!!! Any church, well most Catholic churches I know of, do fish frys on Friday nights! If you can't bear to part with the fish (no pun intended ) see if you can get a recipie or two on how to cook this for the everyone!As far as the fish goes, I believe they freeze well until you are ready.

FISH FRY!!! If you don't want to do it or use it contact a church, they have fish frys all the time
