My experience with hotels has been that you need to call each hotel individually, not the corporate office. As for attractions--pretty much depends on who you're talking about. With amusement parks, I've had luck with the parks themselves, not the corporate office. If I were you, I'd look at their websites first, and see if they have information on donations there. If not, it's worth a quick phone call to see where you should send your request.
