Hi. Our PTO just had an Aloha "Luau" carnival for the grade school the weekend before school let out. We purchased leis for each child and every game had a Hawaiian theme. We even had a general store that looked like a "hut". We all wore bright/Hawaiian clothing too. This is a larger scale than for just your first grade but you could use some of the ideas. We also had limbo and played "beach" music. It was loads of fun.

Hi guys, I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions, ideas for a luau party for the first graders (the 5th graders also have one at the end of the year). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. thanks, maggie
