We send a letter specifically addressed to the donor mentioning their donation along with a thank you card colored by one of the children.

I think that it is important to get the children involved to thank those that help the school.

I thought I had one, but can't seem to find it. We always make sure to specifically mention the item/amount that was given, how much money the event raised and what the money was used for in the school. When I was President, I personally signed each letter(talk about carpal tunnel syndrome!).

Does anyone have a thank you letter they send to businesses who have donated for their auction. I need some ideas to incorporate into ours.
