Just wanted to know about Build a Bear, did you go directly to a store to get a donation? I used the auction list that I found on this website and wrote to many of the companies found on the list. Build a Bear was one of them and I have yet to hear from them. Did you use the list at all? If you did, could you let us know whch companies donated and which companies did not so we know who we should and should'nt bother with. Thanks.
hi, in answer to your question we had all kinds of stuff, the local vets donated things from baskets to baths, local symphony tickets, hotels donated 1 or 2 night stays, a bunch of restaurant gift certificates, museums, our congressman donated a flag and our senator donated a signed watercolour (I had no idea he painted), some of the shopping malls donated gift certificates to the mall, build a bear donated, we have pampered chef and creative memories people who donated, walt disney world donated tickets. Local dentists donated their services.... I'm sure there was more, I just can't think right now.
