In Sisters Oregon they raffle off a car. This is a small tourist town. They sell raffle tickets at the HUGE annual quilt show and at their BIG annual rodeo. The funds from this raffle is dispersed to all the schools in their small city. I know this brings in alot of money for the schools, but I am not sure of the amount. I am sure you could call or write to their chamber of commerce or dept. of tourism for further information. You would need to acquire a gambling license, but I think it would be worth the time, money and effort.

We are very small/ Total of about 300 students from K - 12 grades. Our school budget is being cut $149,000. We want to help the teachers! Any suggestions???????
