1. Type of school (Elementary, Middle, High)

Elementary school (k - 6)
2. Approximate number of students enrolled

950

3. Approximate number of students who participate in your sales fundraiser

Depends on the fundraiser. Some (gift wrap) we probably get 75% or more participation. Cookie dough we get maybe 50%, Scholastic Book Fair we get 75% or more because the kids come in during their library time.

4. Approximate time frame of fundraiser

We do gift wrap and cookie dough in the fall, book fair and a catalog sale in the spring.

5. Approximate average sales per student

About $30 per student for gift wrap

6. Names of some top fundraising companies

We use Innisbrook and Signature.

Thanks to all who answered my question about % of sales schools retain.

I would really like to hear from PTO/PTA people who engage in traditional (kids selling things) fundraisers. I would be interested to know the following:

1. Type of school (Elementary, Middle, High)
2. Approximate number of students enrolled
3. Approximate number of students who participate in your sales fundraiser
4. Approximate time frame of fundraiser
5. Approximate average sales per student
6. Names of some top fundraising companies

Thank you all so much, this is really helping!
