Once Upon a Time, in a land far far away . . . . . This is my LAST (I swear) year as PTO president, not because I don't love it - I have just done it at 3 schools in 2 states and it's time to give someone else a chance. There was a list going here several years ago with those large companies who had been approached regarding underwriting for school things, and whether or not they were responsive. Our inner city, middle school of over 1700 students is finally getting a new school, and we are hosting a grand opening gala/auction. Parents are flocking to attend and buy things - but heck, if we can write letters and beg (who does this better than a PTO mom, right?) why the heck not. If anyone knows how I can link back to that list I would sure appreciate it!
