Bingo Night & Silent Auction

I am running our bingo this Spring but last year we had it too and we sold cards individually for $1 each with no limit. Both children and adults played and I think we played for only 2.5 hours (we did a silent auction too). I'm not sure how many prizes but we did have some left over (most we donated from parents) I'm hoping to have better prizes this year. I guess I would plan a prize for every 10 minutes or so for as long as you are playing for. The only thing they didn't plan is how to turn the cards in when people were leaving so we had cards just left on the tables. Any other questions??? I'll try to help if I can. :D

Sorry it took so long to respond!! We charged 25 cents a card or $15.00 for an all day pass or two passes for $25.00. We had tons go for the all day pass. That is were we made the money. One card to each pass or ticket. Children and adults played. We started at noon and it could run till as late as 6, most of the time it is over around 5. I never counted the total number of prizes, i would guess around 150 maybe. We served food like BBQ sandwiches & chips. Ifyou have any more questions please feel to ask. Again sorry it took so long to get back to you.

Hi! 1. For Bingo you have to have a license in most places. We ran into that problem this past year after holding one for years! 2. We asked local businesses for donations such as lamps, car washes, free meals, oil changing bucket. Anything we could get. We made 1,300. last year. We held a raffle for Theme Baskets each class put together. We charged 25 cents a card or all day cards for $15.00 for 1 or $25.00 for 2 cards. We served B-B-Q sandwiches and hot dogs and so on. We made $300. out of the kitchen. Our school has 100 students enrolled and we are a rule area. Hope this might help some. I could give you more info. if you want. just email me with the questions at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. good luck!
