Our local police dept. has a booth set up at our festival for this. It is done as a public service.

Check with your local Police Station. They will usually do something like that.

I was wondering if anyone had ever used a finger printing company to come out to thier carnival. This service seems like a win-win situation, the parents get a recent copy of finger prints and possible a picture, and the PTO gets to fund a program that can benefit all children!
