I will echo thanks as well! Our request was faxed in January and it took 2 months (to the day) until we heard back from them. Perhaps they only look at requests at a certain time. So don't give up hope if it takes a while!
Thank you Thank you Thank you to whoever posted the address for Air Trans Airways. I sent them a request for a donation the last week of February and just received a certificate for 2 round trip tickets out of Houston (where we live) to any domestic Air Trans destination. They responded in less than 2 weeks.
