I am happy though I received my first donation today one of our local mattress stores donated a $50.00 gift cert. YYAAAHHH!!!

I mailed the letter out at the end of Sept and we got the donation letter in at the end of December.

Ranroo - How long did it take for the airline to respond to your request?

I just received a donation from Air Trans the other day for 2 coach tickets. I got the address in a thread somewhere in this board. By the way, does anyone know of any hotels in the Palm Beach, Boca Raton, or Deray Beach FL area that I can ask for a donation for a hotel for 1 nite? Alot of our parents have relatives in that part of Fl and I'd like to offer this donation with a hotel room for a Grand Prize Raffle.

Most of them you can contact and fill out a request online. We tried several for this year, but were declined. maybe with it being the start of a new year, you'll get lucky. Hope this helps.

Does anyone know if the airlines would donate to auctions? Do I contact them locally or send it to their main HUB?
