We had a fifth grade dinner/awards ceremony. We got donations from several local business. Instead of the everyday thank you. We took a picture of the entire fifth grade and put it on hard card stock, then I printed on the computer in a nice font thank you costco, cut it out with scrapbooking scissors and put it in the upper left hand corner, I then printed thank you from the fifth grade class at our school class of 2003 - 2003 and cut that out also. Under the picture i put your recent donation to our fifth grade dinner would not have been a success without your donation. thank you again from the (our school) ptsc. Under the picture I put different colored card stock so it added some contrast to the whole thank you. We did this so that the business could put the thank you up where everyone could see it and this way the business got free publiticity as well as a thank you. hope this helps.

I would like to add an idea that I got very positive feedback on. When we sent our thank-you letter to our donors it was enclosed in a thank-you card from a student. Several donors remarked how much they appreciated the cards and one even wrote a letter to me and the principal thanking us for teaching the kids gratitude for businesses helping them.

Since we have our new sign! we are comtemplating flashing thank-you's on that. We could do several a week.

I have one that I can send you. Both a thank you I used for the carnival and the one I used for the auction. They might help you.
