We used them last year for the first time. Overall our experience with them was very good. Our sale was very successful. They have a great prize program. They also gave us some items for the school for signing up with them. They were very proffesional and always available to help you with anything we needed.
My one complaint...I thought that some of the products (not all) were not the best quality.
