We are having a Back To School dinner in September. It has been several years since we have had a dinner so we are clueless on how many to expect. So, we are going to presell the tickets to know how much food to prepare for the night. I'm wondering if anybody has a nice form that they could share with me. I know I can make one up but I always get such good ideas here that I thought I might find something better than I can think up. The charge is minimal, but we do want to include something on the form that we will provide tickets to those who don't have the funds. How can we word this in a nice way without sounding bad or without enticing people who CAN afford it to get the free tickets? Ideas?
