I am PTA President at our elementary school. We lost about $5,000 this year to scripadvantage.
We filed a small claims action against the company
and won our case in the Fresno Small Claims court.
the reason we won was because as of May 11th, ScripAdvantage had not yet filed for Chapter 11.
Robert Coyle did file for an individual Chapter 7 bankrupcy, and I believe he was hoping that it would put a stay on any other court proceedings but in our case the judge determined that his individual bankrupcy would not protect scripAdvantage. We are moving on to the next step, but like all of you do not expect to see the $$ again.
