If you can work out a good deal, then i would feel great! They did all the leg work and you will benefit. plus, it may help you to have a connection with them. you never know when you may be in this position and need help!
It would depend on what are the t-shirts like? are they at a good price (are they going to cut you a deal or just accross the board what they paid)? You could snag a good deal!
If the shirts were something you'd consider to buy and you thought you could sell them - I probably would be interested. Haggle with them! It's their mistake and it could be a costly one (it's not like they can send them back. Their only other option is to have them sit somewhere taking up space and trying to unload them later on).
