I love the Karaoke booth idea. Our school is planning to have a cake walk in the Spring. We have decided to turn it into a mini Spring Fair. The Karaoke booth sounds like so much fun. I think it will be a huge hit to the older students.

Due to my lack of singing skills, I did hear of one school setting their booth up for the students to pay $1.00 to have teacher/staff arrested and teacher/staff had to pay $2.00 to be released. That could work the same way with Karoke! I hope we can try this at our spring carnival. Thanks for the tip!

With my own musical skill (or severe lack thereof), I think we'd have to add an option to pay extra NOT to sing - just in case I got jailed!

I just copied the original post and emailed it to my PTO board; what a GREAT idea! We might just use it come our spring fling in April!

That is a great idea!!!!! I am getting ready to plan our carnival (I did it last year so thankfully I have a heads up this year) and was looking for something besides a dunk tank to get the teachers involved in. Thanks for sharing!
