First thing i would do is seperate the items into 3 piles... children's items, adult's items, and items that fit both groups..

i think 350 is the minimum number of bags you want to do especially if there is more coming. Figure the minimum number of adults and children's bags you want to do and then the fun begins.. start filling the bags using any "extra" bags from minimum numbers and use as needed in the groups..

I hope that this made sense.. I just have completed the fourth one of these.. i am the offical "Bag Stuffer"..

Okay I found all kinds of stuff for our bags. Now I feel a bit dizzy about how to put them together. I had intended to make them truly random anything goes bags, but other people have had different suggestions. The big one was to make some a kids grad bag. I mentioned that the club passes would be only for adults and we need to make 250 bags. They suggested we double up on some of them for the adult's bags. So I was thinking of doing a mom's bag too.

I figured we have over 4000 items with a value of roughly $55,000+. I need 250 bags total. I want to charge $3-$5 for each. I would love suggestions on how to divide things and what kinds of bags people think would be appealing. Brainstorming would help us out a lot.

Here is what I have:
