I live in Illinois and am curious if anyone has ever held a festival/funraiser to earn money for their schools. I am looking for a letter someone may have used to request donations or sponsors for a similar event they have had.

We are holding the following events:
Silent auction
Raffle
Cake Walk
Game Booths
Art/Craft Booths (like face painting/sand art)
Snack Booths
Spirit Wear Sale

My fundraising needs are to find raffle items to be donated, silect auction items and sponsors for game booths or art booths.
