We do math-a-thon for St. Judes hospital. It's run by the math teachers and have no idea how much money they raise. Our PTO takes no money from it so I can't help you there.

I will say that my kids like doing it, they give great prizes and we collect money for needy kids. It's all good.

Our school is interested in doing a read or math - thon. I need to know what kind of profit will be expected in doing this. Thanks for the info.
