I do have theme parks on our list but we only have a couple in our area.

We do the same thing for our spring festival. Some places we contact that I did not see on your list are:
area theme parks (in Florida we have many)
Car dealerships
One thing that helps us, is to talk to the principle and get an idea of parents that own their own business. Even Tupperware reps and Avon ladies help out with great donations.
