Our PTO is officially one year old! Woo hoo!! The board members have been talking about possibly putting on a silent auction next year. Could someone please send me information on how to get it started, corporate lists, or whatever advice you have?

Also, how do you determine your budget for the year? There are so many things we'd like to do for the school, but we have no idea how much money we'll raise so we're trying not to commit to anything yet.

Any ideas? If you have lots to share (I really hope you do ) please feel free to (post them right here on the boards .
