Hi. We have been using this company for a little over a year. We had already began with another company and had bad luck. New England Scrip came to the rescue. They quickly filled our order and I now have three organizations that use their services. During the year orders are filled very quickly but in December, as expected I am sure that they are overloaded like any other company. I encourage customers to order cards they need to mail out in our earlier orders. For everyone to think that their order is going to come in a week is a little unreasonable. Our last cutoff date is December 1st inorder to prevent craziness close to the holidays. Good luck...
We have been using them for the last year and a half. They are a legit company. They are usually pretty good and have a quick turnaround. But we have found this Christmas they are very slow and have alot backordered right now. We don't even know when we'll get the cards we just ordered on Thursday. I would keep calling them until you get a tracking number for your shipment. We are very disappointed they haven't improved their Christmas turnaround since last year and will start looking at other companies.
Like I said they are great any other time of the year but this is the best time of year for us and we are unhappy they are unable to fill orders on time and can not give us information about when our order will be received.
Has anyone used this company --- I am getting very nervous about my $4000 order that I have submitted to them. It was submitted last Friday and everytime I call - they have not sent anything out! I even asked yesterday if they could just send that they have and today the owner replied she did not have the status of my order.... Does anyone know if this is a legit company?? I am starting to panic!!! JR
