Hi. I am new to the PTO fundraising committees. I have graciously donated my time to organize a silent auction. The bad part is I have NO idea what I am doing. Please send any ideas, do's and dont's, what you have done with them, does a silent auction and live auction work together well? Entertainment? I have read all the different posts, but I'm getting lost so I thought If I started a new topic I could have one place to start.
