I'M SOORY I AM NEW TO THIS. I SHOULD HAVE EXPLAINED WHAT DETAILS I NEEDED. THE HANDBOOK IS FOR HOW THE COORD. GETS A CASH BOX AND HOW AND WHEN THEY TURN THE MONEY INTO THE TREASURER, WHEN HE/SHE IS NOT AT THE THE EVENT. AND FEW OTHER ITEMS IS NEEDED TO MAKE IT EASY FOR EVERYONE TO UNDERSTAND INSTEAD OF CALLING TO FIND OUT HOW THEY DO SOMETHING. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE THAT RESPONDED

Hate to be so bold, but good chunks of our magazine and large portions of this site together make up the best fundraising guide you'll find anywhere.

Grab a cup of coffee or two and load up your printer.

Use the archives button over there <--- on the left hand side of the page, and there you'll see dozens and dozens of fundraising articles . Use this forum for fundraising discussions.

You'll also see over there <--- a button for PTO Yellow Pages That's a database of hundreds of fundraising companies and unique fundraising options, including contact info.

Some of our PTA friends try and deride PTO Today as "just about fundraising." While that's far from tru, we certainly do have loads of fundraising resources for you.

I'm with backhoed. We have been here a while and have never heard of a fundraising handbook. Your best bet would be to search the topics for the fundraising topics you have questions about. OR just post a new topic and I bet you will get many replies.

No we are like a PTO. PTCA stands for Parent Teacher Community Academy. It's a mouth full but it flows well.

I am pretty much a "veteran" but have never heard of a Fundraiser handbook. I think every group had their own way of doing things, but PTA has guidelines (MichelleB - correct me if I am wrong here). Are you PTA?
