Our school did an mini-auction/family night and the theme was "Our School is Too Cool". We had a dinner, auction of classroom projects and music and dancing for the entire family. We also had an ice company bring in several tons of "Snow" for the children one day in conjuction with the event. (We don't see much snow in Houston) The principal dressed in a snowman costume during our "snow day" and the evening decor included lots of lt. blue and white snowflakes.
Or how about adding something like "There's SNOW better chance to support your school' to some of the literature that goes home as informational flyers?
