While I consider myself in fundraising, I find myslef at a disadvantage. Our group has decided to run a carnival instead of a catalog sale. I don't know the first thing about doing this as a fundraiser that will net the usual 20K we make.

Any ideas? What should we have? How much does it cost? HELP!!!
