I am needing to get a sample letter for donations to go towards my benefit account that I have set up for my liver transplant expenses. Can someone e-mail me a standard letter of what he/she might say when requesting a donation of $750-$1500? I also have someone that wants me to use their name as a part of the request. Thanks so much!
