First good luck this year. I would recommend selling them by dozen and or couple cookies on a plate wrapped up. Some people want to buy but can't buy alot or have alot of sweets. Our church cookie sale we put 2 differnt kinds of cookies on a plate wrap them up and sell them for $.50 and sometimes we put 6 on a plate and sell them $1.00 4 on plate .75. your prices might vari but our cookies are donated so what is made is profit. make them think they are getting a deal. :D

Our PTO is interested in having a "cookie exchange" this December in conjunction with our craft bazaar. Instead of selling baked goods, we would have our volunteers bake cookies. Many different kinds and lots of them. My question is how would we sell these? Charge by the pound or per dozen?

Any ideas on this would be appreciated. Has anyone out there done a cookie exchange instead of bake sale?

Thanks!
