After researching a few scrip companies I have learned the following:

1) Great Lakes is very popular and has a good track record; however, the company uses the same shady business practices as ScripAdvantage (taking money from the customer's bank for an entire order, even for items on backorder).

2) New England Scrip does not charge for backorders until the product ships. Although they have a smaller vendor list, they are willing to add any new vendors upon request.
