I do not know of a company and I don't know where you are located, but I am certain you probably have a craft store in your town. We always do ours in our school by hand. I don't know if this is too much for you if you have a huge staff or not but we buy ours at a local craft store in all colors and even clear and hand do them. They make tons of colors of ornament pens to do them in and each year we have at least one parent who does nice calligraphy or loop writing. If this doesn't help. Sorry!! I looked for too many years and didn't find anybody that we even reasonable to do every staff member. A couple places that are on the lower price side are Terry's Village and Lillian Vernon both of which are catalog companies but you could at least browse online.
