I thought I had read that it was once every 4 years. In any case, they only donate if it directly benefits girls ages 8-12. I say this because as a high school, we were not eligible to receive a donation.
We unfortunatley didnt get out letter in the 8 weeks window. I will know better next year.

Just thought I would let you all know that American Girl Doll Company out of Chicago,also, will donate one doll every 2 years to your school. You do have to fill out an application and fax or send it back about 8 weeks in advanced but it's worth it! Just go to the website and email the company for more info and they will get it to you.
