How about a tree. Like people do with Easter eggs. Take a tree branch, and tape the cards on the ends of the branches. Make sure the tree branch "trunk" is securely weighted down somehow. Might work.

Or a list written up, in very large writing, that you could hang on a wall.

We are doing a basket raffle at our carnival with baskets that have been donated through businesses. We have received a lot of gift cards. Some who sent gift cards have also sent coffee cups so we thought we would glue mini candy bars to sticks and then put the gift cards on sticks and put them all in the coffee cup, like a flower arrangement kind of thing. However we have some places that just sent gift cards and we can't think of a good way to display them yet. We really don't want to put a lot of money into it but need a nice way to set them up. Any suggestions???????
