For the junior high school PTO have offered to "organize" a silent auction/dinner/dance. Any suggestions, sample letters, ideas, dos and don'ts, who will donate what they'll donate and how to ask without sounding desperate. I have deadlines, but not to many early. I plan on the event sometime around March or April. Thanks you ahead of time for everything!
