Hi, we are trying to start a holiday shop this year. We plan on doing this ourselves (and yes we know we are crazy!!). We are working on naming the shop and came up with the generic "Winter Wonderland" but we also really like the "Candy Cane Lane". I know that there was a shop called that a few years ago but I can't find that they are still doing it so I think it would be okay to use that name. Our other concern is that we aren't sure if candy canes are correct. We know we can't do Santa, Christmas, etc. So basically is it okay to use Candy Canes?
