Just wanting to see how others do their raffles for their Spring Flings. Our Carniva/dinner/auction/games/raffle is this Friday. We have managed over the past several years to work out the kinks in all other areas execept raffle. Currently, we have items with bucket in front of that you drop tickets into. The problem is at the end when we close ticket sales and stop accepting tickets. There is such a rush to get items. We have tried posting duplicate papers that say what the item is and then pulling the tag and writing it on the paper. Leaving us the ticket to verify with theirs. It's just caotic and we are trying to figure out something to make it run more smoothly. We probably have about 35 buckets of different items. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
