This is a wonderful site! I was the 2011 Idaho Delegate. I spent 3 days in DC learning how to advocate for change from the best in the business. We even got an opportunity to speak with Secretary of Education, Arne Duncan and voice our concerns.
It was a life changing and empowering experience. The choose one delegate from each state every year to attend MOM CONGRESS in DC. I am not sure when they take applications. They try and find Moms who are making a difference in education in a big way. It is such a wonderful idea and a wonderful program.
