I am thinking of creating a fundraising company which will feature local, organic foods and other sustainable products. A "catalog" of products will be chosen that you might find at a local farmer's market such as jams, olive oils, baking mixes (Gluten Free, low sugar, organic varieties), chocolate, raw foods, pestos, cheese, honey, beef jerky, etc.
I would try to provide a healthy return for you, but it wouldn't be 50% unless you felt your market could bear that up charge. More likely 30-35%. A family night tasting and kick-off could be incorporated. Online ordering and payment would be available.
