Thanks for the information....I checked our paperwork, it was MDB Fundraising. Stay away unless you have a contract!

Crazy About Cookies is from a manufacturer. Your problems were with a local distributor. The manufacturer was not at fault, but the representative with whom you worked.

The product line is excellent and so is the service from the manufacturer. They do not sell direct to schools, but sell to local fundraising companies who then sell to schools.

If you liked the product, find another distributor who can serve you.

We utilized Crazy for Cookies for a cookie sale this fall. They did not use a contract which was to their advantage. They sent an order form to use and were vague on the terms of when orders were due, payment, etc. Although we spoke multiple times, they never mentioned that we didn't place our order with the right quantity sets [sets of 6] so when the orders arrived, we couldn't fulfill the orders we received. Instead of communicating our error, they just changed the quantities without our input. And did I mention that the original order form them sent us didn't mention the quantity requirements? No, only the order form they sent us the day before the master order was due included the quantity change but they never mentioned that it was an updated order form or any terms.

We were testing out this company for a big cookie sale next year. We will NOT be using them again and I caution others to get a contract from them before doing business with them. Many of your may use them especially since I see them mentioned in many ads on the PTO Today website....

Good luck!
