Sounds like you guys may be ready for a big event fundraiser. How does a winter carnival sound? Maybe an auction? A well-organized event can make a lot of money while still being fun.
The only downside is that it takes a lot more volunteer effort and organization but you create an opportunity for your community to pull together and that feels wonderful.
If you come up with something that the community will readily support, you may even find that you are able to create an event that cam continue year after year.
Does anyone have anyone new ideas for a fundraiser for next fall. We have tried the candy sales and also the gift catalog sales. Both were great in the beginning but now we want something profitable but fun for the kids and parents!
