Way to keep track of who raises what and manhours

We use PTO Manager to track volunteer hours. It is great. We put in all of the events scheduled for the entire year, solicit volunteers, track hours, email volunteers, etc. I do not think it has a way to track monies raised though. We're old school on that one: Excel spreadsheet :-)

Does anyone know of a way (- free software package preferred -) to keep track of how much $ individuals raise across a bunch of fundraisers and how many manhours individuals put into each program?... So in other words, a volunteer tracking system for money and effort?
