I have been working in our school scrip office for one school year. Our chair person is moving so I am taking that on

I would like to have the parents sign an agreement form (listing our policies. etc.)

We have a problem with people wanting to swap out cards, bad checks, not verifying orders etc.

I am looking for a template to go by....has anyone developed one that thye would like to share?
