Cookbook Fundraiser

We used Morris Press Cookbooks for our fundraiser this year and I cannot say enough great things about them. They have a fantastic selection of book styles, page layouts, and it is so easy! We input the recipes via their online service and saved .25 per book. It was very easy to use and made it easy to organize the book the way we wanted it. The books are very nicely made and are reasonably priced so a good profit can be made. The books came in a very timely manner and were packaged well so no damaged incurred during shipping.

We did a pre-sale discounted price for our books while we were gathering recipes to attract buyers and then after the recipes were sent to the publisher, we raised the price by $2 and still had many buyers. We made $4000.

Does anyone have a specific recommendation (or not) for a cookbook company for elementary school fundraising? Thanks!
