Pie and Cookie Dough Fundraiser?

Depends on the company you choose-- Some are run where you send the fliers out-- these are pre-printed from the company-= count once after the deadline date you set-- and order the product-- have a date set for delivery with parents picking-up-- this one about 5-10 hours of volunteering.
Sally Foster has cookie dough and they come in on delivery day and sort for you and are there for the pick-up-- you just send out the fliers and count 1-2 times as orders come in, then just place the order-- I'd say 5 hours-- max for this one.... again, it all depends on the company and how the fundraiser is run.

Does anyone know how many volunteer hours running a fundraiser like this takes?

Achatz pie company is a good one--- I think they have cookie dough as well.
Morley has teamed up with Otis Spunkmeyer and offer cookie dough, pies and more in a fundraiser form.... I'm not sure if either one is peanut free yet...

Could anyone recommend a company that sells both pies and cookie dough? Our school is thinking of doing this for holiday 2008 season. We did Cristoline Co. last year but are looking for different options for this upcoming year.
Lastly, does anyone know of a peanut free company that could do this? Thanks for your opinions. :)
