Just had this company send us their samples for our mascot. You'll never believe this!
One of them is the original artwork of our high school art teacher that he did for one of the other elementary schools in our town (his signature is whited out). Now this company claims that they had permission from the elementary school to sell this design to other schools. Well, a quick call to the elementary school and found out that no, they did not grant permission and they are mad that their design is being sold to other schools. The worst part? The artist who did the design wife is a teacher at our school. They didn't know until I talked to her this morning that this company was selling his design on shirts to other schools and profiting off his design. WHAT A MESS!! Needless to say, I have told this company that we will NOT be purchasing ANYTHING from them.
