We always used Funding Factory and their Trash for Cash program. The program name came from them supplying large green painted trash cans as collection bins for the cartridges. They've always been very prompt on processing what we send and getting us a check.

Can anyone recommend a reputable inkjet recycling company? We have been "stiffed" by two companies in the past 2 years. We checked with the Better Business Bureau and at the time both company's had good ratings. Now they both have disconnected numbers and after several letters we still have not received payment.
