Has your coordinator asked this question on the box tops coordinator forum? They are very helpful over there and I have read that you can call and talk to them.
I'm sending this message for our fundraising coordinator...she has become very frustrated with General Mills...she mailed a lot of box tops in last year, and we received two postcards at different times during the year telling us of two checks that will be sent. We never received the checks, totaling over $2K!
Our fundraising coordinator says there is no way to contact the box tops people except by letter...no phone number or email address. She has written several letters but gets no response. We want to find out if the checks were ever cashed and if we will ever get our money. (And if we should bother collecting box tops any more)
Has anyone else had difficulty with this or know any other way to contact them?
